Xenotran is seeking a Senior DSP/Embedded Engineer to work in our Linthicum Heights, MD office.

As a Xenotran Senior DSP/Embedded Engineer, your responsibilities will include design and development of FPGA and embedded processor-based software satellite radio applications, primarily focusing on Physical Layer development, including the development and optimization of signal processing components; system integration; validation and verification.

Candidate should possess the following qualities/credentials:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years experience
  • Experience in FPGA design using VHDL or Verilog
  • Experience in real-time critical software development in C/C++ and Assembly
  • In-depth experience in FPGA system developing using Xilinx or Altera FPGAs
  • Embedded software development experience with ARM and Xilinx Zynq SoC
  • Expertise in Signal Processing Algorithms and Communications Protocols
  • Excellent technical writing and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
