Xenotran has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Software Engineering Lead to be part of an exciting rapid prototype development, test and integration effort that will enhance data communications for our military forces.

Xenotran is developing the next generation data controller software to provide enhanced data communications capabilities and expanded network connectivity over SATCOM and terrestrial tactical radio networks.

The Senior Software Engineering Lead will play a key role in the design and development of our next-generation data controller software, seeing the product through the software development lifecycle. The Lead Software Engineer will support the design and planning of the cross-platform application software and will be responsible for leading the software development team using agile development methodologies. The Lead Software Engineer will also interface with key system stakeholders throughout the development process.

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience
  • Degree in technical field
  • Active Secret Clearance, or US Citizen able to obtain clearance
  • C++ and C
  • Object Oriented Design Principles
  • Modular software design
  • Application development, and support throughout SDLC
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a small group of developers
  • DevOps

Wish List

  • Experience with cross-platform development, C#, and
  • Interfacing between managed and unmanaged code desirable.

Target salary is commensurate with experience.
